What it is
The ST4345 is a weatherproof hardwired GPS tracker from Suntech, supported on the GPSandTrack platform. Its sealed housing suits vehicles and powered or unpowered assets alike, with two wiring modes — Normal Ignition for full vehicle reporting, or Virtual Ignition for trailers and RVs that have no ignition wire.

Wire it in
Red 12 V power, black ground, blue ignition-sense; the other wires hang loose.
Choose a mode
Normal Ignition uses all three wires for full features; Virtual Ignition wires blue+red to constant power for assets with no ignition.
Report by movement
Pre-programmed to update once daily at 6 AM Pacific, plus a movement update after 5 min and a stop update 8 min after going stationary.
Stream over LTE
The blue Cellular LED and red GPS LED show connection status.
Where to place it
The ST4345 is weatherproof, but it still needs a clear path to GPS satellites. Mount it where the signal can get through.

Installation
Most installs take just a few minutes. Here is the process step by step.
Choose a location
A clear view of the sky — not under the hood or enclosed in metal.
Identify the wires
Red power (12 V), black ground, blue ignition-sense.
Wire your mode
Normal = all three wires; Virtual = blue+red to constant power, black to ground.
Verify
Power up and confirm reporting; on a vehicle, run the engine for a few minutes.
Weatherproof, but it still needs GPS signal — never install it under the hood or sealed in metal. There are no updates between a movement report and a stop report.
